Cisco IP phone CP-9951-C-CAM-K9 has two columns of five keys for a total of 10 keys next to display, either column of keys can be designated as programmable line feature keys, these can be primary or shared lines, speed dials for quick access to those you call frequently or other calling features such as call park and many more. 9900 series support multiple appearances or sessions per line. The column of session keys provides you call details at glance on each session. Navigation keys help you to move between sessions as you need. The keys in both columns have tri-color LED’s to enhance experience. By indicating at a glance and actively connected call the caller, the new incoming call or call that’s been placed on hold.
